so last night was the choir concert. we sucked. like, really really horribly bad. there was probably two instances in both the songs that sounded decent. and that's decent, not even good. we really need to work harder for the christmas concert.
a cappella, on the other hand, did amazing. it wasn't so much a cappella, but the soloists and the string quartet on "domine ad aduvandum me festina."
i'm going to aaaannie's tonight! *dances*
a bunch of poser bitches were all talking about how awesome fall out boy is and they weren't even singing the lyrics right. i was like, two and a half years ago they ruled my world, baby! when you were still fucking listening to avril lavigne.

so this weekend was was incredibly fun.
went to ann's, ate tons of candy, bounced around, listened to old music, played need for speed and got my ass kicked, played dynasty warriors 5 and kicked ass, had tons of nostalgia moments, danced like an idiot. you know, the usual with ann.
me and ann are going to co-write some fanfiction together! i'm really excited, i love her style of writing and i think we'll work really well together. its going to be awesome.
we saw the 40 Year Old Virgin. OH MY GOD. that movie is so fucking hilarious. I have never been in a theatre where everyone was convulsing with laughter by the end of the movie. Plus, it was brutally honest and very well portrayed men and the curiosity of virgins. the entire movie was hysterical, but the end scene...it made my freaking day. like, it was so funny that my eyeliner was running down my face and everyone was laughing in that terrible "heeehaww" laugh that you get when you can't possibly laugh any harder.
all in all, it was an incredible movie. to top off an awesome weekend.
and also! my mommy is home. i'm really glad, i missed her a lot. she said that the hurricane didn't really hit where she was at, but it rained a lot. she bought me this huge ring with green jewls all over it, and i must say i'm pretty much in love.
we're going to get my homecoming dress tomorrow. yay! i'm excited like whoa.
i've decided that it is from now on my goal in life to become popular on the internet. and also to rp. because it looks really fun and i want to be vincent. *runs from the attackle she knows is awaiting from a certain rp lover*

meh. bored so i'm updating again.
i decided that i like making myspace and livejournal layouts almost as much as i like making xanga layouts. perhaps one day i will start a community and everyone will love my insanely great layouts. or maybe not. :) maybe i'll just make me and ann layouts and be happy.

Ten years ago I was: Five, obsessed with Lion King, playing Barbies with my next door neighbor through the fence in the backyard because we were too young to play in the front, and thought this was the end of the world.

i haven't touched this thing in a long time. shame, too, because i actually like livejournal. too bad no one reads this.
i got really upset yesterday because i feel like things at home are going back to the way they were, the reason i wanted to move to my dad's. i don't want to move to my dad's, now that i know what that's like, so basically i'm stuck here. its not as bad as it used to be, but my stepdad acts like such a BABY all the time. i hope all men aren't like that.
i've made lots of new friends within the past week or so. i've also rediscovered some friends that i used to have and somehow drifted from them. hallelujah to that! i needed it.
eck. choir is so stressful right now. i've got the food drive, then i've got all-region. i'm freaking out about all-region. its going to be really difficult and there's no way i'll be ready for it.
anyways. i think i'm scaring the bisexual that stalks me away. he keeps asking me to meet him at lunch and i keep standing him up. i'm thinking soon he'll probably get the hint.
vincent valentine is my fucking god. anngelica i would love you forever if you could make me an icon like the one you have of riku claiming him as your property. i swear, he makes my teeth sweat.

so today was pretty good.
i've got a 93% in algebra, my worst class, and i've got the only 100% my english teacher has in all of her classes. plus, mrs. hawley told me in choir that my voice was incredible and that all the other altos should follow my lead. in front of like, the hottest guy in the world. score! what's kind of funny though is that i have bronchitis still and my voice sounds like crap. hahahahaha beat that, bitches.
still confused about the certain boy. he'll give me all these compliments and put his arm around me and then ignore me the rest of the day. i really want him to call me. that's when i really get to see how he feels. and right now, i haven't the slightest clue.
i've finished valentine manor and started on children of the night, which is part two. i really like it so far. it seems more detailed and structured than vm was. i can't wait to post it. *dance*
its almost annie's birthday! i can't wait to find the perrrrfect present. *wink*

this hurricane crap is awful, i agree. i just hope that if its tearing all our hearts up like we say it is, then we're actually doing something about it. i know i am. drama club has raised $300 in the last two days to donate to the Red Cross. almost every club in our school is doing something to raise money. my mom is raising money up at work. i hope everyone gets to do something like that for those people.
in other news. i got my choir camp video, and they don't show me once. they show fractions of me. they showed the side of my head a couple times, and showed me behind somebody else once. i'm still kinda mad, but i don't care. that video is awesome. plus, the counselor i had a crush on is sunbathing in only a pair of 80's workout shorts...*drools*
i'm almost done with Interview with the Vampire. YAY! i can't WAIT to read the vampire Lestat. although i have to admit that i liked the movie better than the book. it was much more sensual and romantic and angsty than the book is, although its still very good. i suppose i should have read the book first. :/
confusion. that's how i really feel right now as to my boy situation. just maaaajorly confused. i don't know what to think anymore. maybe i just shouldn't think at all.

this period is killing me. i swear. i mean, i knew after four months of not having it, it would be majorly horrific, but this is like, killing me. worse than any other time before. and my god, the PMS. i feel like i could kill anything and everything. and this is the second friggin day.
oh well, though. i woke up at 7:30 cause my alarm didn't go off, took a five minute shower, was ready by 8:15 when my mom announced since we were all home, she was just going to take us to the doctor for our bronchitis.(me and my brother.) so then after that, i told my mom i needed a new book, so i got Interview with the Vampire and the Vampire Lestat, the first and second books in the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice, which i have become majorly obsessed with.
i've also become not only infatuated and obsessed with vampires and their stories, but with New Orleans. I hear of all these ghosts stories and rumors that vampires truly do exist down there. so its like one of my new ambitions to go down there and write a vampire novel. i mean, how cool would that be? maybe i'll meet one. you never know. >_> ^_^ <_<
and btw, my layout is going under construction, so ignore its ugliness. it will be pimped in due time. :)
